Friday night was the Launch Party for the Steubenville Atlantic 2009 Youth Conference at St. Agnes Parish in Halifax.  And what a night it was! 

The night started off with our own LifeTeen Halifax Band.  They were awesome! 

John Beaulieu from the  Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio was there and talked about the conference and what we should hopefully get out of it.  Our own Core member Will Young gave an amazing witness about his own experience at the past 3 Steubenville conferences he’s gone to. 

The night was a lot of fun…even Connor, my almost 7 year old loved it!  Of course, he prefers the music portion of the night.  He thinks Paul, our drummer is like the coolest guy! 

In case you haven’t noticed we have a poll that is running right now and it’s your way of helping us pick out the colour shirts you’d like to wear at this year’s conference.  Please take a moment to vote…or we go with neon pink and neon green shirts!!!

Oh, and for those of you who missed Friday night’s Launch Party and are wondering when the next Cornerstone is….it’s March 6th at Saint Thomas Aquinas with Righteous B!!!!  It’s a nice you don’t want to miss!!!!
